Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to support our clients in-house legal team in Wyoming, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Legal Department, focusing on internal investigations and discovery processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, legal expertise, and the ability to manage confidential information with meticulous attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with organizing and conducting internal investigations related to compliance, regulatory, and policy matters
  • Perform detailed factual research, document collection, and timeline development to support case preparation
  • Coordinate document discovery, including electronically stored information and hard-copy materials, ensuring proper tagging and organization
  • Draft interrogatories, discovery requests, and responses under attorney supervision
  • Support witness interview preparation by compiling materials and creating detailed outlines
  • Manage document databases and tracking systems to maintain accuracy and version control
  • Prepare evidence packets, factual summaries, and exhibits for legal proceedings and reviews
  • Maintain project files, calendars, and deadlines while ensuring adherence to confidentiality protocols
  • Collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams to support litigation and compliance efforts

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in litigation, compliance, or investigations with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in document management systems, e-discovery tools, and litigation workflows
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and legal case management software

Nice to have:

Experience in corporate legal departments or law firms, particularly within manufacturing or industrial sectors, is preferred
