Job Description:

Our client, a well-established estate agency with a strong local presence, is looking to appoint an In-House Mortgage Adviser. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified adviser or someone actively studying towards CeMAP who wants consistent, high-quality leads and the support of an in-house environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a busy pipeline of inbound, pre-qualified mortgage enquiries
  • Advising clients from first conversation through to mortgage completion
  • Handling a varied caseload including residential mortgages, buy-to-let, HMOs, holiday and short-term lets, bridging and commercial finance
  • Maintaining compliant and accurate case files throughout the process
  • Using CRM systems to track progress, pipeline and performance

Requirements:

  • CeMAP qualified or actively studying towards CeMAP
  • Hands-on involvement in the admin side of cases, including fact finds, document collection and progress chasing
  • Day-to-day use of CRM and mortgage sourcing systems
  • Experience working to clear performance targets (revenue, completions, conversion or protection)
  • Positive, professional approach to changing priorities

Nice to have:

  • Experience in bridging and commercial finance
  • Knowledge of HMOs, holiday and short-term lets, buy-to-let (including limited company BTL)
