As an In-House Marketing Agent, you will engage with resort guests, owners, and members staying on property and invite qualified guests to attend an Owner Update or Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and being rewarded for their performance.
Job Responsibility
Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations ownership experience
Invite Owners to attend Owner Updates
Invite Non-Owners to attend a Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation
Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site information
Provide a positive and professional guest experience
Understand and follow qualification guidelines and company policies
Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and resort offerings
Complete all required paperwork and reporting accurately
Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed
Meet and exceed production goals
Requirements
OPC or In-House Marketing experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive, outgoing, and highly motivated personality
Sales-minded and goal-oriented
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
High School Diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
