Job Responsibility

Generate guest excitement regarding Capital Vacations’ products and services
Invite owners to attend an Owner’s Update
Invite non-owners to attend sales presentations for Capital Vacations
Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site needs, ensuring smooth check-in experiences
Understand company policies and ensure qualifications for presentations are met
Maintain knowledge of local attractions, shows, and events to provide recommendations to guests
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and legibly
Handle cash responsibly and maintain production above minimum standards
Answer inbound and outbound calls, supporting guest needs
Perform all other duties as assigned
