Our organization is seeking a talented In-House Litigation Paralegal with hands-on experience in construction litigation. This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with our attorneys on complex matters, streamline legal operations, and help drive critical outcomes for our business.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive litigation support on construction-related matters, including document management, discovery, case analysis, and trial preparation
Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
Assist with eDiscovery requests, data management, and compliance with deadlines
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and vendors
Conduct legal research relevant to construction law, regulations, and contracts
Summarize depositions, manage exhibits, and maintain case files
Support the legal team on compliance, regulatory, or risk management projects as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of paralegal experience, with a significant focus on construction or complex commercial litigation
Knowledge of construction law concepts, contract administration, and dispute resolution processes
Proven ability to manage large volumes of documents and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in eDiscovery platforms and legal case management software
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification required
