Our organization is seeking a talented In-House Litigation Paralegal with hands-on experience in construction litigation. This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with our attorneys on complex matters, streamline legal operations, and help drive critical outcomes for our business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive litigation support on construction-related matters, including document management, discovery, case analysis, and trial preparation
  • Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • Assist with eDiscovery requests, data management, and compliance with deadlines
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and vendors
  • Conduct legal research relevant to construction law, regulations, and contracts
  • Summarize depositions, manage exhibits, and maintain case files
  • Support the legal team on compliance, regulatory, or risk management projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience, with a significant focus on construction or complex commercial litigation
  • Knowledge of construction law concepts, contract administration, and dispute resolution processes
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of documents and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in eDiscovery platforms and legal case management software
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification required
