Job Description

As Head of Legal, you will be the cornerstone of our group’s legal function — advising executives and business leaders on a broad spectrum of legal matters including commercial contracts, intellectual property, insurance, employment, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in protecting the company’s interests while actively supporting strategic decision-making and risk management at the highest level. You will report directly to the WW Legal & HR Director.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee all legal affairs and align with business objectives
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across the group
  • Conduct ongoing legal research to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and legal agreements
  • Minimise legal exposure and ensure compliance in all dealings
  • Manage and collaborate with external counsel as needed
  • Chair Work Council meetings at Presto Engineering France
  • Oversee internal delegations of powers and signatures
  • Chair the Whistleblowing Committee
  • Develop internal legal policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Guide internal teams on key legal matters
  • Support strategic and spot projects across the business

Requirements

  • Master of Laws (LLM or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar legal role
  • Strong expertise in commercial & contract law, intellectual property, insurance, confidentiality, and employment law
  • Experience with dispute resolution and legal drafting/analysis
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage legal risk
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
