Job Description:

This role involves handling in-house litigation and insurance defense, along with insurance coverage matters.

Job Responsibility:

Undertake in-house litigation responsibilities diligently
Handle insurance defense matters effectively
Manage insurance coverage issues
Leverage trial experience to represent the organization effectively in court proceedings
Function as a practicing attorney, ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience in the legal field, ideally as an In House Counsel
Proficiency in Insurance Coverage
Comprehensive knowledge of Personal Injury Law
Experience in Insurance Defense
Valid license to practice law in the state
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously
High level of detail-oriented ethics and integrity
Strong research and analytical skills
Proficiency in using legal research software and other relevant computer applications
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
