Job Description:

In-house counsel position focused on landlord tenant law for a growing property management and real estate company

Job Responsibility:

Litigation management/assistance
Supporting business driven and compliance driven projects
Managing eviction counsel
Updating lease forms
Partnering with sales & marketing teams

Requirements:

Law firm and in-house experience
3-8 years of licensed experience
Residential landlord tenant experience, ideally on the defense side
Understanding civil procedure and steps of a lawsuit within landlord tenant space
Ability to issue spot within the practice area and make decisions independently
Ability to commute to Tustin every Tuesday-Thursday
