In-House Counsel

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial construction matters
• Manage and resolve disputes related to litigation, liens, and bond claims
• Review and ensure adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses
• Support field operations by addressing legal concerns and implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Draft, negotiate, and review various commercial contracts to align with business objectives
• Ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Collaborate closely with departments such as operations, finance, and compliance to address legal needs effectively

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligible for in-house counsel registration
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial construction law
• Proven expertise in litigation, dispute resolution, lien, and bond claims
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and compliance
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
