Job Description:

We are seeking experienced litigation attorneys to support a global F500 automobile manufacturer company near Detroit.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee discovery and fact-gathering for a range of litigation matters, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel
  • Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and investigations
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for handling electronically stored information and related discovery obligations
  • Provide guidance to business stakeholders on litigation risks, data preservation, and compliance best practices
  • Support litigation strategy and case management through careful review and analysis of discovery materials

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney with 6+ years of litigation experience, including experience managing discovery and conducting investigations
  • Strong knowledge of discovery and e-discovery practices in federal and state litigation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and outside counsel
  • Candidates must be able to go onsite near Southeast, Michigan
