Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a growing commercial real estate group in Chicago to hire a Corporate Counsel reporting to the General Counsel. This high-visibility role focuses on real estate transactions and operations, including joint ventures, investor deals, loan documentation, governance matters, operational agreements, and enterprise risk, while also streamlining legal operations through templates, systems, and process improvements.
