Job Description:

A global manufacturer serving the biopharma industry is hiring its first in‑house attorney to support commercial and project‑based contracting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and MSAs
  • Partner directly with senior leadership
  • Help streamline contract processes and support CMS implementation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel

Requirements:

  • Practical, business‑minded attorneys
  • Comfortable being the first/solo legal hire
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction contracting is helpful, not required
  • Thrive in a grounded, team‑oriented culture
