Job Description

Part-Time In-House Barista. ResQ are an outsourced contact centre with a difference. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality specialist services as true partners to highly recognised, leading brands in the energy, telecoms, digital, and media sectors. Our continuing success has been achieved through developing a fantastic culture for our employees, helping them to have fun and develop. We are now looking for an in-house barista to operate an internal coffee shop, providing a selection of hot beverages to our staff. You will be working within the Hammonds of Hull building ResQ offices.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver great service: Provide friendly, fast-paced support to employees in the company coffee shop
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Brew and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee shop and workstations clean and organized, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Operate Equipment: Use coffee machines and other brewing equipment effectively, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
  • Inventory Management: Assist in restocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that all necessary ingredients and materials are available for service
  • Payment handling: Handle card payments accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • Prior barista experience and have a passion to serve high quality coffee in a fast-paced environment (not required)
