Job Description:

With our office expanding, we’re introducing a brand new role at White Fox HQ. If you love all things fashion and coffee, then this one is for you. We’re on the hunt for an experienced barista to come in and truly own it. This is a Monday - Friday role, no weekends needed. You’ll be responsible for running the coffee bar day-to-day, keeping it stocked, clean and flowing, and serving consistently great coffee to our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and matcha drinks with speed and accuracy
  • Opening and closing the coffee bar, including machine setup, calibration and shutdown
  • Maintaining coffee equipment, grinders and tools
  • Keeping the coffee bar, machines and surrounding areas clean, organised and looking good
  • Managing stock ordering, inventory levels and supplier relationships
  • Receiving food and stock deliveries, unpacking and rotating inventory
  • Replenishing snacks and supplies throughout the day
  • Keeping the game area and surrounding seating spaces tidy and welcoming

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced cafe environment & make great quality coffee
  • Are confident working independently and taking full ownership of your space
  • Take pride in cleanliness, presentation and consistency
  • Are organised, proactive and reliable
  • Enjoy being part of a creative office space
  • Confident with latte art
  • Natural multi-tasker
