Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Full-time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. In this role, you’ll be primarily traveling - up to 100% of the time - across a defined coverage area, as defined by business needs. This may require overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights, depending on the prescribed coverage area. Holding multiple state licenses will be required, as dictated by business needs. You’ll play a critical role in building trusted relationships to make people healthier, helping bring flexible, comprehensive and personalized health evaluations right to people’s front doors.
