Job Description:

As an In-Home Kitchen Planner, initiating the kitchen planning process to create tailored design solutions for customers

Job Responsibility:

Accurately measure, interpret, and draw out installation space and upload the data
Review layout of kitchen and all project paperwork with customer
Utilize measurement and construction skills to create tailored solutions
Review appliance, electrical and plumbing locations
Resolve customer concerns with empathy
Assess customers' needs and promote the service that fits best
Understand the store and department action plans
Utilize in-depth knowledge of IKEA's products, services, and multi-channel solutions
Promote the IKEA commercial priorities
Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Vocational Tech education, wood shop classes experience welcome
Must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Space layout experience preferred
Previous measuring experience preferred
Customer service and sales experience
Experience with computer technology (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and others)

Nice to have:
