Your Role as a Care Hero: As a caregiver with Endeavor, you'll provide compassionate support and care, ensuring clients maintain dignity and independence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, based on their individual care plans
  • Encouraging clients to participate in their own care and maintain proper nutrition and hydration
  • Keeping accurate client records during each shift in compliance with company policies
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice to have:

  • CNA and/or Certified Caregiver license
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
  • AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
