Job Description:

This position is best for someone who loves autonomy! This role involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At-Home teammate will work closely with patients and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and skill development. At Home teammates typically work with one to two patients every day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 8am to 5pm with one hour for transition between patients.

Requirements:

  • Travel to client's homes
  • Must be comfortable driving to and from patient homes, up to 45 minutes each way
  • Drive personal vehicle to patient appointments
  • Arrive promptly and ready to work
  • Focus entirely on patient during direct therapy sessions
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families is a must
  • An eagerness to be a part of a caring and team-oriented company culture
  • A deep commitment to show up everyday

  • Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology degree (a college degree in any field preferred)
