Job Description:

Credit & Price Risk Execution is actively seeking a highly skilled and practically minded Business Risk Officer to join the Global Markets division. This role focuses on managing financial risks, including trading desk revenue calculation, P&L explain, and lifecycle management.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively identify potential risks
conduct in-depth analysis against established key performance metrics
perform comprehensive root cause analysis
develop cross-markets remedial solutions
facilitate regulatory requests
collaborate with technology and business teams to design risk controls
provide specialist support to businesses
present findings to senior business management
effectively articulate complex risk concepts

Requirements:

Strong experience in a relevant financial services role
proven experience in strategic design and project management implementation
exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
strong understanding of financial markets products, trading lifecycle, and underlying business drivers
ability to engage in productive discussions
demonstrated capability in recognising critical issues and driving them to resolution
practical experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls
excellent interpersonal skills
proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Suite
bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or related quantitative field
professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are highly desirable

experience with Microsoft Suite (PowerBI, SharePoint, Visio)
