Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, computer science, engineering, or a related field
advance degree preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong technical expertise in IMS protocols, including SIP, RTP, Diameter, HSS and related technologies
Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives/projects in execution of daily operations
Strong technical knowledge: ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

5+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and HSS technologies
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and driving projects to successful completion
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions in a faced environment
