Requirements

Previous experience in freight forwarding, particularly ocean imports
Strong understanding of import/export processes and customs procedures
Experience liaising with shipping lines, co-loaders, and transport providers (including online booking systems)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements

Previous experience in a freight forwarding, logistics, or transport operations role is advantageous
Knowledge of road freight, ocean freight, short sea container services, imports, exports, LCL, groupage, and air freight would be highly desirable
