Job Description

This fast-paced role sees you working with key customers and providing end to end import operations services alongside our fantastic national team.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating end-to-end solutions for Key Customers (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, job invoicing)
  • Liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners
  • Ensuring ongoing Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with customers and service providers
  • Monitoring key operational activities to ensure efficient completion of import duties
  • Identifying and implementing changes to support continual improvement, business growth and the development of best practice SOP

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with an International Freight Forwarder
  • Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is advantageous
