Job Description:

This fast-paced role sees you working with key customers and providing end to end import operations services alongside our fantastic national team.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinating end-to-end solutions for Key Customers (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, job invoicing)
Liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners
Ensuring ongoing Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns
Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with customers and service providers
Monitoring key operational activities to ensure efficient completion of import duties
Identifying and implementing changes to support continual improvement, business growth and the development of best practice SOP

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience with an International Freight Forwarder
Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is advantageous
