Key Responsibilities: Execute daily import/export customs clearance for chemical raw materials & finished products, including document preparation, freight forwarder coordination, and shipment tracking. Maintain and file customs records, ensure accurate data entry into the system. Assist in logistics cost verification. Support Finance with customs declaration copies and duty accrual data collection. Update and maintain basic product HS codes and declaration requirements. Coordinate cross-departmental communication internally, and manage and evaluate external freight forwarding suppliers.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above with 1-3 years of import/export customs operations experience
Basic knowledge of customs and CIQ policies
Experience in chemical product import/export is preferred
IMDG certification or IATA certification is a plus
Familiarity with SAP system is advantageous
Good English communication skills with strong stress resistance, adaptability, organizational and communication abilities
