Import Coordinator

• Work closely with suppliers and freight forwarders to manage the arrival of shipments
• Ensure all import documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations
• Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients
• Address any issues that arise during the import process with a proactive and positive approach
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support

• Previous experience in import/export operations or logistics is a plus
• You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering accurate work
• You can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
• Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to liaise seamlessly with clients and colleagues alike
• Comfortable using logistics software and Excel to manage data
