Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with suppliers and freight forwarders to manage the arrival of shipments
Ensure all import documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations
Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients
Address any issues that arise during the import process with a proactive and positive approach
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support

Requirements:

Previous experience in import/export operations or logistics is a plus
You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering accurate work
You can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to liaise seamlessly with clients and colleagues alike
Comfortable using logistics software and Excel to manage data
