We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Import Clerk for an onsite opportunity in El Segundo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of related logistics, import, or billing experience who is ready to grow within a fast-paced transportation and supply chain environment. The ideal candidate is organized, sharp, dependable, and comfortable handling documentation, billing support, and shipment coordination while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Support daily import operations and shipment processing
Review and verify import documentation for accuracy and compliance
Assist with billing, invoicing, and data entry functions
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departments
Track shipments and provide status updates as needed
Maintain organized records and files for import transactions
Ensure timely processing of paperwork and operational reports
Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Assist with general administrative and logistics support duties
Requirements:
1–2 years of related experience in import/export, logistics, freight forwarding, billing, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and ready to work onsite daily
Experience with logistics or freight systems is a plus
