Job Description:

Join Veracross as a Part-Time Implementation Technician to support the implementation of their SaaS-based school software. This role offers flexibility with 15-20 hours per week, focusing on client interactions, project management, and supporting the implementation team. The Part-Time Implementation Technician contributes to the successful implementation of Veracross software products in a 15-20 hour-per-week capacity. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly learn various aspects of the Veracross product while managing a scaled scope of implementation responsibilities appropriate for part-time work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage implementation tasks
  • assist clients with configuration and testing
  • participate in client calls
  • ensure projects are completed on time with high client satisfaction
  • manage a queue of implementation tasks
  • monitor, process, and respond to incoming client cases
  • maintain up-to-date task/case statuses
  • collaborate with other implementation team members to address technical configuration requirements
  • communicate with the broader implementation team to address and resolve technical questions from clients
  • participate in client calls to provide best-practice guidance and implementation support
  • respond clearly and accurately to client needs via implementation cases and client emails
  • assist clients with testing and validation of module implementations

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in learning software systems
  • capability to multi-task effectively
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • experience with software implementation is preferred
