Welcome to the Operations Development Team (Central Operations) – this is an exciting team at the heart of Boots UK's growth plans. The Implementation Specialist role covers both Retail & Pharmacy nationwide, across the full estate. The role provides business resilience and continuity (inc any training, coaching & changes landed within large projects and process changes to support cost saving projects to land on time).
Job Responsibility
Supporting Stores with delivery of Projects &Changes & be the main point of contact
Provide regular reports & feedback to key stakeholders
Support stores with readiness and T minus plans
Champion what is being delivered and be the role model of what good looks like
Ensure training and process are trained and adopted to ensure right first time execution
Requirements
Store Leadership experience (Store Manager or Assistant Manager Level)
Self-motivated to be able to work independently
Outstanding Time Management and organisational skills
Comfortable in delivering training and holding store to account
Competent in the use of Microsoft Systems
Knowledge of Store systems and Policy and Operations
