Job Responsibility

  • Lead full lifecycle implementation projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to customer outcomes
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and changes with effective escalation and communication practices
  • Guide customers through implementation design decisions, data collection, discovery activities, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capture client requirements, identify additional needs, and deliver exceptional service
  • Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans, presenting mitigation strategies to senior leadership
  • Drive implementation process improvements by identifying operational gaps and authoring new procedures
  • Mentor team members in project management best practices, tools, and processes
  • Maintain rigorous project tracking through status reporting, time management, and RAID log updates
  • Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality deployment of IT solutions

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing full lifecycle healthcare technology implementation projects, delivering consistently on time and on budget
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience supporting client process optimization and change management initiatives
  • Background in SaaS project management with a solid understanding of business operations
  • Experience leading healthcare system implementations (e.g., EMR/EHR or other clinician-impacting technologies)
  • Expertise in project governance, including planning, resource reporting, and executive-level escalations
  • Proven success in process improvement initiatives within a PMO environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and solution architectures
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, delivering a customer-centric experience
  • Strong organizational skills with both attention to detail and a strategic perspective on project outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, responding to escalations and time-sensitive issues
