Instabee is seeking a commercially-minded, tech-savvy, and hands-on Implementation Manager to join our international team. This role focuses on leading technical integrations and enhancements that directly impact our commercial offering and strengthen our relationships with merchants and consumers across multiple markets. You will play a key role in owning and continuously improving our international merchant offerings via API integrations, ensuring a smooth and fast go-to-market experience. By collaborating cross-functionally with commercial, product, tech, and operations teams, you'll drive onboarding projects that make it simple and efficient for merchants to launch Instabee's services for their customers. In the highly competitive delivery space, speed and quality matter. As an Implementation Manager, you will lead initiatives to help international merchants go live faster while ensuring that Instabee's solutions deliver maximum value from day one.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full onboarding and integration lifecycle for new international merchants, ensuring an excellent launch experience
Drive strategic partnerships with commercial teams to accelerate go-to-market timelines, ensuring merchants can quickly leverage Instabee's solutions
Manage cross-functional collaboration with tech, product, and operations to simplify complex integrations and solve challenges in real time
Analyze integration and performance data to identify improvement areas and proactively strengthen our international processes
Provide strategic input to commercial negotiations with technical and product insights that increase merchant confidence and commitment
Build and maintain strong relationships with international merchants that go beyond launch, acting as a trusted long-term partner
Requirements:
University degree in business, engineering, or a related field
4–6 years of experience in e-commerce or logistics, with a proven track record in implementation, technical account management, or commercial excellence
Strong understanding of API integrations (hands-on experience with Postman or similar tools required)
Demonstrated experience working with international merchants or cross-border commercial setups
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
additional European languages are a strong advantage
Commercial mindset with a proven track record of shortening time-to-market and improving onboarding processes
Experience managing projects and stakeholders in a technical or commercial context
Based in Stockholm, with flexibility to travel internationally when required (office-first position)
