As an Implementation Manager at Yotpo, you will guide customers through the successful setup, configuration, and launch of Yotpo’s Reviews and Loyalty products. You will play a critical role in ensuring customers achieve value quickly by combining technical implementation expertise with strategic guidance and best-practice program design. You will partner with brands of varying sizes and industries, managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Lead customers from kickoff through deployment and launch, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Manage multiple implementations at different stages while keeping timelines on track
Ensure technical setup is completed accurately and resolve risks or blockers proactively
Deliver training and best-practice guidance to drive adoption and confidence
Provide strategic recommendations to set customers up for long-term success
Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless post-launch handoff
Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to remove roadblocks and coordinate solutions
Communicate progress clearly and escalate risks when needed
Contribute to improving and scaling onboarding processes and playbooks
Requirements:
2+ years in a client-facing role (SaaS, eCommerce, or marketing tech preferred)
2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical aptitude and understanding of web technologies & integrations
Nice to have:
Experience with Shopify or eCommerce platforms
Experience working with high-growth or enterprise brands
