As an Implementation Manager, you will own the success of the customer journey from the closure of the sales process, to launch. The primary objective of this role is to provide the oversight and project management required to ensure a successful, on-time launch that meets the objectives and goals of the Financial Institution’s Implementation and Launch. You will act as a consultant and liaison between Atomic and the customer to ensure a successful Implementation and product launch.
Job Responsibility:
Manage multiple, concurrent implementations varying in duration and complexity
Drive customer teams and internal teams to timely completion with a managed project scope
Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans, and communicate status to clients, project sponsors, and managers
Consult with clients about best practices, user experience, workflows, and other feedback
Connect the dots between teams and resources from identified problems
Ensure all teams are equipped with proper information and resources to deliver the best possible solutions
Anticipate, mitigate, and communicate project risks and communicate them in a timely and clear manner with possible solutions accompanied
Understand the client and their product scope from an end-user perspective
Be curious about your customers from a business and strategic perspective
Develop custom documentation for your clients to provide the exclusive white glove experience catered to their needs
Facilitate all client calls associated with implementation and assemble proper attendees based on client needs
Be an advocate for your client across the organization
Take on ad hoc projects internally in order to keep Atomic’s internal processes and projects organized, on time, and accurate
