Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead a Workforce Management system transition from Infor WFM to Workday. This role will oversee the implementation effort, coordinate across business, IT, and external partners, and provide leadership to analysts supporting the project.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support a team of WFM/HRIS analysts
  • Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, IT, and implementation partners
  • Oversee project milestones, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Support requirements gathering, design validation, configuration, and data migration planning
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Troubleshoot system issues and guide resolution efforts

Requirements

  • Prior experience with both Infor WFM and Workday is required
  • Hands-on experience with Infor WFM and Workday
  • Experience leading HRIS or WFM implementations or system migrations
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge of workforce management processes, including timekeeping, scheduling, and labor management
  • Prior team leadership experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, HRIS analysis, workforce management, or a closely related function
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation, conversion, database analysis, or reporting in enterprise environments
  • Working knowledge of Workday ERP and workforce management processes such as scheduling, timekeeping, labor tracking, or accrual-related analysis
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into reporting logic, functional recommendations, and data-driven solutions
  • Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Proven problem-solving ability with attention to data quality, process accuracy, and issue resolution
  • Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume operational environments is strongly preferred
