As an Implementation Lead for the Germany region, you'll work efficiently and effectively with our Uber for Business customers and be responsible for the successful and flawless launch of new accounts within the Uber for Business platform. You'll support our Sales and Account Management teams to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and second-to-none customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Work with customers and internal teams to understand needs and goals
Create a strategy for seamless launch and implementation
Communicate effectively and manage internal and external stakeholders
Ensure customers are properly trained
Complete tactical and technical account set-up
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer support
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role and/or project management
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in data analysis, interpreting results to drive meaningful conclusions
Experience in influencing stakeholders to drive decision-making
Fluent in German & English
