The Implementation Governance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that technology implementations, projects, and changes across the organization are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and risk‑managed manner. This role focuses on establishing and enforcing governance frameworks, standards, and oversight processes for IT implementations, system deployments, and major changes. This role combines strong technical implementation knowledge with rigorous governance expertise to bridge project execution and enterprise risk/compliance requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary governance authority and advisor for all major IT implementations, system deployments, and significant changes
Develop, maintain, and enforce implementation governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures
Review and approve (or reject) implementation plans, change requests, and deployment strategies to ensure alignment with organizational security, compliance, architecture, and operational standards
Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for proposed implementations and changes
