We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, technically strong Implementation Engineer to join Yotpo’s Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll own the onboarding journey for upmarket and enterprise customers — from kickoff through go-live. You’ll combine technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic advisory to ensure customers launch successfully, adopt confidently, and realize long-term value from Yotpo. You won’t just configure software. You’ll architect scalable solutions, manage complex implementations, and serve as a trusted technical partner to some of the most innovative eCommerce brands in the world.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end onboarding projects as the primary point of contact from kickoff to launch
Design and guide our customers in implementing scalable, multi-product solutions across Reviews, Loyalty, and other Yotpo products
Lead technical discovery sessions and define solution architecture across E-Commerce platforms and custom API environments
Architect integrations using APIs, webhooks, data feeds, and platform-specific logic
Manage timelines, scope, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
Partner closely with Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and Customizations teams
Deliver client training and enablement sessions to ensure strong product adoption
Guide customers through best practices and long-term technical strategy
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise onboarding
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data flows
