Highbeam is building the future of business banking and cash management. Our platform combines AI agents, automated financial workflows, and integrated financial products that save brands time and money. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Implementation Consultant to join the Highbeam team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the successful development and implementation of products and offerings that meet our customers’ needs. Sitting between our customers and product team, you will leverage strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills (especially in Excel), and a deep curiosity about our product and its capabilities to help shape how we deliver our offerings to customers. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and engage directly with clients, guiding them through key processes such as cash flow management.
Job Responsibility:
Implementation support – Assist customers in configuring and optimizing their Highbeam solutions, ensuring they are aligned with their financial goals and needs
Customer-facing interactions – Engage directly with customers to walk them through the setup and use of Highbeam’s products, focusing on cash flow management and ensuring successful adoption
Product and process optimization – Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback and improve the product based on customer needs and insights
Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with teams across customer success, sales, and product to ensure smooth onboarding and support experiences for our clients
Strategic problem solving – Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer challenges and ensure smooth financial workflows are set up in Highbeam
Requirements:
2 - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within fintech, SaaS, Consulting or a related industry
Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and support financial analysis
Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems, especially in financial contexts
Product curious and eager to learn and stay updated on financial technologies
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to customers
Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with product, customer success, and sales teams
BA or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
Nice to have:
You have experience working in fintech, AI or early-stage startups
