Job Responsibility:
Building and maintaining customer relationships throughout consulting engagements
Successfully leading and managing projects from inception to conclusion
Helping design and implement Raiser’s Edge NXT with collaboration from customers through customer-facing meetings and sessions
Providing expert advice and consultation on Raiser's Edge NXT to non-profit organizations
Assisting with database quality testing and documentation
Collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality services and support to clients
Keeping up with fast-paced product releases and incorporating them into implementations to ensure customers are always using the latest features and functionalities
Meeting required billable and on task utilization targets and customer satisfaction scores
Maintaining internal systems for time tracking, project management, and documentation
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of non-profit organizations and their unique needs based on experience in a consultative or non-profit environment
At least 2-3 years experience with strategic CRM or equivalent consulting, Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet utilization requirements and stay within budgets
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable and adept at public speaking
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and volunteers
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Ability to work US business hours (generally 9:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST) and be customer-facing during these times
