Job Responsibility

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships throughout consulting engagements
  • Successfully leading and managing projects from inception to conclusion
  • Helping design and implement Raiser’s Edge NXT with collaboration from customers through customer-facing meetings and sessions
  • Providing expert advice and consultation on Raiser's Edge NXT to non-profit organizations
  • Assisting with database quality testing and documentation
  • Collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality services and support to clients
  • Keeping up with fast-paced product releases and incorporating them into implementations to ensure customers are always using the latest features and functionalities
  • Meeting required billable and on task utilization targets and customer satisfaction scores
  • Maintaining internal systems for time tracking, project management, and documentation

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of non-profit organizations and their unique needs based on experience in a consultative or non-profit environment
  • At least 2-3 years experience with strategic CRM or equivalent consulting, Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet utilization requirements and stay within budgets
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable and adept at public speaking
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and volunteers
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work US business hours (generally 9:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST) and be customer-facing during these times
