Implementation Consultants orchestrate the successful execution of ResMed products within a customer’s environment and ensure that purchased software components meet customers’ technical needs. Highly skilled, they use their expertise to install, configure and implement the software according to customer specifications and contract. Value realization is then supported by leading the customer’s education and ensuring a seamless go-live experience.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the architecting and scoping of software add-on projects and enhancements that align with client requirements and business objectives
Provide support, as needed, for new customer sales engagements
Working with Product and Support, manage the installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and launch of software products, specifically with existing customer instances
Ensure that purchased software systems meet expectations by configuring components according to contracted specifications
Configure communication protocols, data mapping plans, and ensure IT prerequisites have been met prior to go-live
Work with EMR vendors and manufacturer partners to configure, validate, and maintain data mapping and integrations
Effectively document and communicate customer deployment issues to support and engineering teams as needed
Manage end-to-end application training for all new and existing customers, emphasizing the utilization of features best suited for their specific workflows
Collaborate with the Marketing team on developing training guides for end users
Work closely with the broader Professional Services team (sales and customer success) to partner on pre- and post-sales activities and ensure seamless delivery
Requirements:
Preferred degrees: CIS, MIS, IT or similar technical related major
Experience working for PSG/EEG manufacturers and/or solution providers strongly preferred
Knowledgeable in system integrations (HL7, FHIR, etc)
Minimum of 3 years prior experience in support, customer success, or training is required
Proficient in complex troubleshooting, problem solving, and root cause analysis
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA
Knowledge and experience with healthcare information systems
Ability to coordinate and oversee critical customer issues and deliver resolutions punctually
Work remotely with limited supervision
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
This role requires being on-site at customer locations for up to 75% of the time
