Job Description

As an Implementation Consultant, you play a key role in ensuring that our customers successfully roll out and use Userlane. You work closely with our German-speaking customers, guiding them through the technical implementation and onboarding of our platform and supporting them throughout the customer journey. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical customer support, or consulting, who enjoys working hands-on with customers, solving technical challenges, and growing their expertise in a structured, supportive team environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the technical implementation and onboarding of Userlane for new and existing customers
  • Configure the Userlane platform according to customer requirements, with guidance from senior team members
  • Act as a technical contact for customers during implementation and ongoing usage
  • Conduct enablement sessions for customers
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, or in-person
  • Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and the overall customer experience

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical customer support, consulting, or a similar role
  • Solid understanding of software systems and a strong interest in technical problem-solving
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and explaining technical topics in a clear, structured way
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and an interest in authentication topics (SSO, SAML, 2FA)
  • hands-on experience is a plus but not required
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or trainings
