Job Responsibility

  • Gathering and understanding client requirements and business processes
  • Configuring and tailoring software solutions to meet customer needs
  • Supporting system implementations, testing phases, and go-live activities
  • Writing and executing test cases and validation processes
  • Collaborating with development teams to enhance product functionality
  • Managing and resolving client queries, issues, and change requests

Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a technical, consulting, or fintech-related role
  • Exposure to financial services, fund accounting, or investment operations
  • Strong data handling skills, with experience in SQL and/or advanced Excel
  • A genuine interest in AI, automation, and improving operational efficiency
  • The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of investment products, fund administration, or financial reporting
  • Experience with SQL, database queries, or data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools or modern development assistants (e.g. Claude, Copilot, automation tools)
  • Exposure to software testing frameworks or development tools
  • Experience working with support systems or ticketing platforms
  • Understanding of cloud platforms or modern software delivery environments
