As an Implementation & Configuration Specialist (ICS), you will be responsible for all technical configuration tasks that support the implementation of Radancy’s digital solutions. This role is designed to centralize and streamline configuration activities, allowing Digital Project Managers to focus on core project management duties. The ideal ICS is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with project managers, creative, UI, QA, and product teams.
Job Responsibility
Owns platform admin setup and configuration for new and existing projects
Manages customer domain and SSL setup processes
Executes translation, asset, and copy updates within CMS and related platforms
Builds and configures CMS pages, including URL redirects and SS page migrations
Maps jobs and scripts to ensure accurate data flow and reporting
Configures recruiter tools (CRM, Referrals, Events) as required by project scope
Develops and executes test plans and launch day checklists for configuration tasks
Collaborates with creative, UI, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless configuration and integration
Troubleshoots and resolves configuration issues throughout the project lifecycle
Documents configuration processes and updates project documentation as needed
Requirements
2-4 years’ experience in technical configuration, implementation, or related digital delivery roles
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Demonstrated experience with CMS platforms, web technologies, and digital integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and repeatable results
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple configuration tasks across concurrent projects
Nice to have
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Basecamp)
