You'll take ownership of end-to-end planning and delivery, acting as the critical link between strategy and execution. Sitting between leadership and implementation teams, you'll ensure plans don't just exist—they're delivered effectively, on time, and with impact. You'll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to projects, while keeping teams aligned and focused on outcomes.
Job Responsibility
Take full ownership of project planning and delivery, ensuring plans are executed successfully from start to finish
Act as the bridge between leadership and implementation managers, keeping communication clear and progress on track
Oversee a team of field-based colleagues (5 team members), providing direction, support, and alignment
Monitor delivery milestones, proactively identifying risks and ensuring projects stay on course
Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure these are effectively implemented
Bring structure and best practices to delivery using recognised methodologies (e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2, CIM)
Drive accountability across teams, ensuring everyone is aligned to shared goals and timelines
Requirements
Experience in project delivery, planning, or strategy roles
Proven ability to independently manage and deliver structured plans end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working between leadership and operational teams
Experience coordinating or overseeing teams to achieve delivery outcomes
Knowledge or exposure to delivery frameworks such as ITIL, PRINCE2, or CIM
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex projects
Someone who takes ownership, drives results, and ensures plans translate into real outcomes
