The Implementation & Activation Lead is responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring rapid activation of distributors onto RedCloud’s platform. This role owns the post-sale execution lifecycle, ensuring that signed customers are successfully deployed and operational within 90 days, driving early adoption and value realisation. You will act as the critical link between Sales, Product, and customers, ensuring seamless transition from contract signature to live operations.
Job Responsibility
Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers and distributors
Translate commercial agreements into actionable implementation plans
Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure distributors are fully set up and operational on the platform
Drive adoption of tools, processes, and workflows
Deliver training and enablement as needed
Ensure all customers go live within 90 days of contract signature
Track progress against key milestones and proactively resolve blockers
Maintain high standards of delivery quality and consistency
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Align internal resources to meet customer requirements
Provide structured feedback to improve implementation processes
Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders
Ensure early value realisation and positive customer experience
Support handover to long-term account ownership (if applicable)
Requirements
4–8+ years in implementation, operations, or delivery roles
Proven experience managing client onboarding or deployments
Strong project management and execution skills
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Desirable: Experience in FMCG, logistics, or distribution ecosystems
Desirable: Exposure to SaaS or platform-based business models
Desirable: Experience working in emerging markets
