Job Description

An exceptional and rare opportunity has arisen to join Tovey Little Dental Centre as a Part-Time Implantologist. We are a respected, modern and award-nominated practice located in Wakefield city centre, seeking a highly experienced clinician to provide expert implant care to our established private and referral patient base, 1 day per week to begin with.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide implant surgery and restorative treatment planning
  • Dental implant placement and surgical treatment, including All-on-4s and All-on-6s
  • Advanced implant restorative planning
  • Bone augmentation/GBR, where applicable
  • Management of complex implant cases, including sinus lifts
  • Pre-operative assessment and CBCT planning
  • Providing patient-centred care and strong case presentations
  • Collaboration with referring dentists and restorative partners

Requirements

  • GDC registration and eligibility to practise in the UK
  • Proven experience in placing and restoring implants (minimum 100 implants placed)
  • Postgraduate training in implant dentistry (e.g. Diploma or equivalent)
  • Confidence with guided surgery workflows and surgical planning
  • Strong communication and patient case presentation skills
  • High clinical standards with an evidence-based approach
