Job Description

We’re building and scaling high-impact, real-world deployments of ElevenLabs across healthcare, education, and culture. We work with partners including nonprofits, educational institutions, and healthcare systems to drive meaningful outcomes. You’ll take high-potential partnerships and turn them into live, scalable programs. You’ll own the full lifecycle from sourcing and evaluation through deployment, adoption, and long-term success. As part of the Impact team, you’ll work across product, engineering, legal, and GTM to ensure these partnerships translate into real-world impact and repeatable systems. This is a highly autonomous, execution-heavy role. We’re looking for someone who is deeply motivated to apply AI to meaningful problems and combines strong partnership instincts with operational rigor. You should be comfortable identifying opportunities, moving quickly, and building the systems needed to scale impact globally.

Requirements

  • Experience scaling partnerships, deployments, or strategic programs within a technology company
  • Strong operator: able to take ambiguous initiatives and drive them to real-world outcomes
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and external stakeholders
  • Systems thinker: builds processes that make programs repeatable and scalable
  • AI-native: uses AI tools to move faster and improve workflows
  • Deep motivation to apply AI to meaningful real-world problems in areas like healthcare, education, or accessibility
