Movember's work in men's health tells powerful stories and this role exists to make sure those stories land. As Impact Communications Manager, UK & Europe, you'll lead the communications that bring Movember's programmatic work to life, primarily across mental health in sport and policy and advocacy. You'll translate research, programme delivery and policy priorities into compelling narratives that build Movember's credibility, reach and influence across the region. Sitting within the global Marketing & Communications team and reporting to the Head of Communications & PR UK & Europe, the role has two primary areas of focus: supporting Movember Ahead of the Game and the broader Sports Health Initiative, and driving communications that advance Movember's policy and advocacy agenda in the UK and Europe. Day to day, you'll develop year-round communications plans, build and manage relationships with partner comms teams, secure thought leadership and media opportunities, and work closely with PR, content and marketing colleagues to ensure everything is integrated and on-brand. From showcasing the reach of Ahead of the Game through case studies, video and imagery, to communicating government announcements and driving public-facing advocacy campaigns, this is a varied and high-impact role. You'll also contribute to cross-programme storytelling -- connecting sport, policy, cancer and broader impact narratives to clearly demonstrate where Movember's money goes and why it matters. Strong cross-functional collaboration is central to the role. You'll work with internal teams, delivery partners, implementation partners and agency partners to ensure local communications activity aligns with global strategy while genuinely resonating with UK and European audiences.
