The purpose of this position is to ensure the growth and leadership of the immunology portfolio through the development, co-creation, and implementation of innovative strategies that accelerate access and reimbursement in both public and private markets, as well as guarantee the profitability of the products under its responsibility by managing available resources. This role is responsible for maintaining portfolio growth in the medium and long term through the successful launch of new products, line extensions, and new indications in its area, as well as ensuring the correct implementation of the strategy through Managers to achieve the set objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Drive franchise, brand, and launch strategies, including introducing new molecules and indications to ensure strong product lifecycle management
Manage the assigned budget to secure expected profitability and optimize resource use
Use deep knowledge of the healthcare system to anticipate market changes and train teams to meet customer expectations
Build and refine the customer journey, developing innovative solutions and leading cross‑functional teams to align on a strong strategic and commercial vision
Lead access and reimbursement strategy, foster actionable insight generation, implement omnichannel plans effectively, and maintain strong cross‑functional and global/regional partnerships
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other commercial and Health careers
5 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical sector specializing in immunology or Specialty portfolio
Lead the launch, commercialization, and sales performance of high-specialty products, including accelerated access and reimbursement strategies, as well as line extensions, new indications, and presentation switches within the public market
