Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain deep clinical and market knowledge of vaccine prevention and local needs
Engage health care providers and staff to present clinical value and support vaccination in practice
Use account-based approaches to drive stocking, in-office vaccination, or referral pathways
Partner with local account teams and cross-functional colleagues to remove barriers to access
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity in the CRM system
Meet territory targets and track progress using agreed metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Experience working with health care providers, clinics, or health systems
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive within the assigned territory
Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement
Must live within or close to the assigned territory to support field-based coverage
Minimum 2 years business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience (for Immunization Specialist Grade 8)
5+ years business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience (for Senior Immunization Specialist Grade 7)
Nice to have:
At least 2 years of vaccines-specific sales or immunization program experience
Clinical background such as RN, LPN, or other healthcare qualification
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and activity targets
Strong account selling skills and experience negotiating with organizational buyers
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions
High administrative efficiency
Comfortable using CRM, digital tools, and virtual engagement platforms
