Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced and driven Immigration Attorney to join a boutique law firm as a Partner. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at a well-established Massachusetts firm with a strong reputation in family-based immigration, asylum, humanitarian relief, and removal defense.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage complex immigration matters across family-based immigration, asylum and humanitarian cases, and removal defense proceedings
  • Serve as a senior voice in the firm, contributing to strategy, practice development, and firm culture
  • Directly manage, mentor, and develop associates and support staff – helping them grow into strong, confident practitioners
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment where people feel supported and challenged
  • Represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships with empathy, professionalism, and excellence

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of immigration law experience, with significant hands-on work in family-based, asylum/humanitarian, and/or removal defense matters
  • Demonstrated managerial experience – you’ve led a team, supervised attorneys, and know what good mentorship looks like in practice
  • A natural mentor who takes genuine interest in the professional development of those around you
  • Active Massachusetts Bar membership (or eligibility for admission)
  • A passion for immigration advocacy and a genuine commitment to client outcomes
  • Ability to work in-office at our Massachusetts location at least 4 days per week
